Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order has been placed.

We ship through trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards Courier, and Pakistan Post. Delivery times may vary for remote areas in Chitral, Gilgit-Baltistan, and other northern regions, Global shipping is also available Pakistan Post.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders are shipped via Pakistan Post or private courier services.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your shipment on the respective courier's website.

Shipping to Remote & Northern Areas

As a proud Chitrali business, we understand the unique logistics of northern Pakistan. Please note that deliveries to Chitral, Upper Dir, Swat, Gilgit-Baltistan, and surrounding areas may take an additional 3–5 business days due to weather and road conditions, especially during winter months.

Packaging

All Chitrali wool products β€” including shawls, socks, caps, and handwoven fabrics β€” are carefully packed to protect them during transit. Items are wrapped in protective material and placed in sturdy packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery Issues

  • Undelivered packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • Lost or damaged shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
